The pork shoulder steak is the same cut as a beef chuck steak aka petite tender steak aka Denver Steaks. This cut of steaks is Chris's favorite.
In beef, the chuck has more marbling although courser than the fine marbling of higher-end steaks & a deeper flavor.
How to easily grill: Marinade overnight. Grill about 5 minutes per side. Loosely cover for a few minutes.
We like to use leftovers if there are any, sliced thin as a topping for "fancy ramen" with boiled eggs, green onion, mushrooms, and julienned carrots.
Open-air raised. Never given antibiotics.
